The Wish4Life Foundation (“the Foundation”) is committed to fulfilling its responsibilities to the children it serves and its stakeholders in a manner that meets the highest ethical standards. This Code of Ethical Conduct embodies the fundamental principles that the board members, officers, executive leaders, staff, and volunteers are governed by which include core values of honesty, integrity, equity, respect for humanity, and responsibility.
Our code of ethics is a part of a larger, organization-wide commitment to the highest ethical practices in every aspect of what we do. Our values are supported by policies and procedures that all board members, officers, staff and volunteers are governed by. The Foundation also recognizes the importance of an organizational culture that supports an atmosphere of honesty, integrity, equity, transparency, reciprocity and “giving forward”.
The Wish4Life Foundation was incorporated as a Delaware non-stock corporation on October 2, 2013. The Foundation is organized and operated for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. The Foundation’s application to the IRS for tax exemption was approved on October 23, 2014 and is registered in the following states: New York, Connecticut and New Jersey.

The Foundation will not make any distribution of Foundation funds to, provide services to or confer any benefit on any individual, entity or group subject to sanctions by OFAC or the European Union or reasonably suspected of engaging in or supporting terrorist activity.
